This package includes two educational and planning prenatal appointments where we’ll cover your most pressing concerns about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We’ll create a visual birth plan to share with your care providers and a postpartum plan you can share with those who’ll support you afterwards. In addition to birth and labour support, I provide text message support for all of your pregnancy and postpartum questions. At your postpartum appointment we’ll discuss how your family is adjusting and share tips and resources to give you and baby your best postpartum.
